It is wise when talking about important aspects such as education to always ask the one who created it, which is GOD. (Deuteronomy 11:18-19). Looking at Christian schools and Public schools counterpart, Christian schools consistently out-perform Public schools. The word of GOD has proven to be the most best motivator. When peer pressure strike or other things on learners, they can just first consider what God first says through his word.
JESUS CHRIST should be introduced to the schools. A Bible based subject should be implemented from the lower grade (grade 1) to the higher grade (Matric/Grade 12). Such subject will bring peace in schools and teach learners how to conduct themselves as human beings now and in the future life.
There are a lot of things that are happening in Basic Education and Higher education institutions at this very moment. Introducing the Prince of Peace ( Jesus Christ) to the school will result in regaining Peace. God is Love, we need Love to bring us together as South Africans, in terms of race, gender, disability etc. In Luke 9:35 God said "this is my beloved son:listen to him" KJV and in John 14:6 Jesus answered " I am the way, and the truth and the life. No one comes to the father, if not by me" KJV. This is clear evidence that we need Jesus to see the Kingdom of God.
Introducing Jesus to the schools will result in lowering the high percentage rate of teenage pregnancy, high Grade failing rate etc. And also this will result in creating employment for south Africans.
