My petition is for insurance companies to give customers a reduced rate for insurance when they have no traffic violation that year, for the reason that when you do have a traffic violation they then charge you more money for insurance.
I don't think this is fair.
We believe Insurance Companies should not benefit monetarily when a person is found guilty of a traffic violation. These companies do not lower your rate per year for no violations.
If found guilty and being fined is one penalty, no one else should charge a second penalty that can last for years.
The government should not allow this!
