Improve West Denton Park's bus service

I have lived on the West Denton Park estate for over 11 years. Over the course of my time being a resident within the estate I have been subject to a dire bus service. Many of the residents on the estate are responsible for getting their children to school, going to work and attending appointment's which are an on going struggle due to this.

Our No 10 bus service operates every 20 minutes and every hour after 7pm. This is if they are ever on time which they rarely are, which is likely due to the extent of the route the bus takes.

Despite many complaints to Stagecoach, twitter conversations and letter being sent in to them they still continue to do nothing to improve the Service.

West Denton Park is a fairly large estate which is adjoined to Lemington Rise and Lemington making it even bigger. However Chapel House receive a bus service ran by Nexus which is the 39 & 40 service which runs every 10 minutes and is always on time if not too frequent.

I am simply asking for this service to be improved as the residents have suffered long enough and pay a substantial amount for this inadequate service.
