Implement Speed Humps and Stop Signs along Pheasant Drive

Despite having prohibited the left turn from Pheasant Drive to Cayton Road, many people still cut through. Moreover, there is an abundance of drivers who speed past my residence at 8414 Pheasant Drive. My children Zakary and Julia like to play in the front yard and across the street with a few of their friends that also live close by. They often cross the street. Although I have taught them to be very careful and to look both ways before crossing, many of the drivers are more than doubling the speed limit of 20. A few come close to tripling.

This is creating an unsafe environment for the children of the neighborhood because if one of these children were to start across the street when someone is driving too fast it could prove tragic.
