Governor O’Malley has introduced draconian legislation with blatant disregard for the 2nd amendment, and the rights of the citizens of Maryland.
If passed, these laws will strip Maryland citizens of their 2nd amendment rights, guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.
The effect of this act will turn law abiding citizens into criminals, as well as extort monies from these citizens to register their personally owned firearms listed in this proposed bill.
We call on the Maryland legislature to impeach Governor O'Malley for failing to uphold the U.S. Constitution, specifically the 2nd amendment, and the rights of the citizens of Maryland.
