Sea Gull landing H.O.A. wants to build a new cabana.This will not be in the best interest to the majority of people living here.
All, (ALL) 82 owners should be given an opportunity to vote in this costly matter, not left a majority of a particular quorum of only interested parties.
This matter requires all to pay for an ammenity only a few will use.
I am opposed to building a new cabana.
