Eaton High School has a great cheer dance team this year. Although many students have joined the cheer/dance squad, most of those students participate only for the dance end of it.
We ask permission to start a hip hop dance team here at Eaton High School. This would not only be a dance team; it would be an opportunity to have an extra curricular activity that helps with physical training, motivational skills, preparation for working with others, and the joy of letting loose.
All of the dances would be completely school appropriate and fun to watch. Choreographed by Maria Rodriguez, the dance pieces could be used during pep assemblies, half time at other sports, and for anything the school would like.
