Currently the Heritage Hill Subdivision allows 1 horse, 1 cow and/or 1 sheep per 5 acre lot.
This petition is requesting a change in covenants to allow 3 hooved animals of any species per 5 acre lot.
We would like to petition the Governing Subdivision Association to amend the covenances from being able to own 1 horse, 1 cow, and/or 1 sheep to a more generic 12 hooves of any species per 5 acre lots.
This would not affect the dog or cat covenants and maintain the current limit of "animals" per lot.
