The Henderson's had a fence installed in March 2017 based on their knowledge of their property line and what Ryan Homes had indicated was their property line. The fence unknowingly was placed on HOA land and now the HOA Executive Board wants it removed. The fence does not impede on the common ground, it does not infringe on any drainage, and our neighbors do not have an objection to where the fence is placed. The fence is an asset to the Henderson Home and our community and keeping our children safely away from the swamp land behind our home. If the Henderson's move from their the fence will be moved.
We the members of Hanover Woods request that The Henderson's are able to keep their fence where it is while the reside at 112 Jackie Drive, if they move they understand the fence will have to be removed from the HOA land.
