It has come to the point that more often children are being taken for the most unreasonable reasons and parents getting there parental rights terminated off simple reasons when researched i have discovered that it states HOW THE STATE CAN REMOVE CUSTODY
Statute: §§419B.500; 419B.502; 419B.504; 419B.506; 419B.508
Grounds: Abandonment or extreme parental disinterest, abuse/neglect, mental illness or deficiency,
alcohol or drug induced incapacity, failure of reasonable efforts, sexual abuse, abuse/neglect or loss of
rights of another child, failure to maintain contact, failure to provide support, childʼs best interest, felony
assault of child or sibling, murder/manslaughter of sibling child, single or recurrent incident of extreme
conduct toward the child, criminal conduct of parent, identity or location of parent(s) unknown, exposure
to methamphetamine's.
and i have discovered that 80 percent of our children get taken away in the Hands of the state they get raped,abused , molested or even to the point of death and we as there parents need to stand up to these corrupted state workers and bring this horrendous abuse against our children to a complete stop and let our federal law makers and our congressmen, representatives ,even our governors and our president of the united states attention and inform them of this corruption that this state workers have been doing to our community and inform them that they have been violating there federal laws including the officers that assist them that have also been violating our constitutional rights we have the right to live free and we have the right to life and liberty and security of persons free search and seizures when officers come in to take our children without no consent nor search warrant they have violated rights we are free of any search and seizures unless it is written and ordered by the judge and in many cases this has happen due to the threats by state workers no one go without punished for these types of violations to the people by state workers let stand together and bring justice for our children we are all they have please sign your signature will make a difference.
