Prime Minister Justin Trudeau promised to take in 25,000 refugees, currently taking in 10,000 refugees by the end of the year of 2015.

On Thursday, the first group of refugees arrived in Canada with the obvious excitement on their face. One of them said that he could not wait to be a Canadian and to act like a Canadian.

Sadly, over two thousand refugees died on the way to Europe in 2015, and that is not the only risk they are currently facing now. To protect their rights, we should take in more refugees and provide them with a better environment.

Dear Minister McCallum,

We, the undersigned, call on the government of Canada to take in more refugees to provide them with a better life.

Over two thousand refugees died on the way to Europe and those ones still in their country are suffering from wars, sickness, hunger and all kinds of unbearable situation. Every person in this world deserves the right to live without any worries of being killed when they are walking down the street, or sleeping, or simply talking to others.

We appreciate your help. Thank you very much.
