Get Rid of Windward Square HOA, Inc. President and Director

My name is Jennyfer Rios, Home Owner in Windward Square. I am a Substitute teacher and Mental Health Counselor for Seminole and Orange County. I have lived int he Windward Square Subdivision since November of 1999. The homes in this community were built in 1978. On March 23 2017 I turned in an ARC form requesting to remove a cement planter that sits a few feet from my front porch entrance door. This planter is 88'' long, 40" wide and 20" tall. I expressed how it is dangerous by friend and children who play in the area trip on it and how the corners are very sharp and how it takes a big portion of my front yard. In addition, I indicated that half of the townhomes in the community don't have a planter. Well, without any explanation or signature from ARC who remains anonymous I received an email from Specialty Management with the attached from only showing a "Denied" in the signature box and no explanation. I called the management company and Marty Gilmore said that ARC said, " Planters cannot be removed". When I asked who are the members of ARC? I told him I already know that one member is Lillian Bloodgood, President, But who are the other 2? He said I am not allowed to know that. So I went to Sunbiz.com and it says there are only 4 members including Lillian and her Husband. I confirm that one member named Richard, VP, was not aware of my petition. So what do you think? I put in a request to reconsidered based on "Selective Enforcement" by allowing many other changes in the community but not mine. I am going to continue my pursue against them for Discrimination. Please join me if you are being treated unfairly.
These are town homes that we own and we are responsible to fix external and internal structure and all maintenance of our homes. If you are tired like me of being targeted while they play favorite with other neighbors, You will want to sign this petition. If you want change and you want answers to your questions you will sing this petition., Husband and Wife living in the same household is a conflict to our interest. With only 4 members in the Board of Directors we have a dictatorship and will continue to be treated unfairly.
