For the past 6 years Benjamin O. Davis Senior High School has been struggling with test scores and students attending class. Administration will continuously complain about students not getting the properly need amount of time in class, and a cause to this is being put in SAC, or aren't even allowed to enter the campus, for not having a collar shirt. As a result, we just have one question for Administration: how do you expect your students to receive class instruction if they are sitting in SAC, or not allowed in the building, for something as simple as wearing a collar shirt.
We, the undersigned, call on the Administration of Davis High School and the Board of Aldine to eliminate the mandatory dress code of collar shirts being worn to school.
