In light of the Arrest of Robert R. Williams; aka "Meek Mill"; we created a petition to spread light on the of subject and potentially create a true criminal/law reform for others similarly situated.
The purpose of this petition is to gain enough signature to envoke the Kings Bench Jurisdiction where TRUE change can occur. This method is EXTREMELY controversial as only the privileged 1% are granted let alone acquire the knowledge to properly envoke King's/Queen's Bench to the fullest extent of the law.
Additionally, we respectfully seek that the Special Litigation Section commence an investigation into the State of Pennsylvania (“The State”), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1997(a), based on the “grievous harm” faced by institutionalized and public persons in Pennsylvania caused by “egregious or flagrant conditions which deprive [them] of [] rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States” pursuant to the State’s “pattern or practice of resistance to the full enjoyment of such rights, privileges, or immunities.”
The investigation can benefit highly from the assistance of the the City of Philadelphia (“City” or “Philadelphia”) and Philadelphia Police Department (“PPD”) which can be provided through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) access to officers, officals, command staff, documents, and available data relevant to this complaint. I would also proceed to gather petitions and input from other criminal justice stakeholders, including members of the community, law enforcement organizations, advocacy groups, court officials and others who shared their experiences with the PPD and the Criminal Justice Center. Preliminary to petitioning a declaratory and equitable relief pursuant 34 U.S. Code § 12601 for the practice pattern or practice conducted by law enforcement, through their agency within the Philadelphia community, we pray that a resolution can be accomplished
