This is my brother De Marco, he plead NOT GUILTY to a murder that he did not commit and had no actions in. Demarco was 17 years old when the crime was committed, he was tried and convicted of this murder and is currently serving a sentence of life plus an additional 170 years... witnesses have come forward stating that De Marco had no participation whatsoever and De Marco needs a new FAIR trial....
