Free Akisame

On 01/23/08 my account, Akisame, on Habbo.com received a perm ban until the year 2019, for what was described as "a T&C Violation". After extensively reviewing the Terms and Conditions put forth by Habbo Hotel, I'd found that I had violated no such agreement.

Attempted email to rectify the situation resulted in a generic response, in which no real explanation was given. Emails attempted after that had gone unanswered.

In response to complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau Habbo.com made claims that'd I'd accessed another Habbo's account and removed virtual furniture, however they conveniently omitted the fact that I'd asked in several unanswered emails if the account in question was that of my husband; whom had given expressed permission to me that I may access his account to remove the said items.

Not only that, but the coins used to purchase the items in question were dropped from my account into my husband's donation room prior to my accessing it.

There was simply no theft involved and it was obviously a misunderstanding on habbo's part, though despite this evidence they continue to ignore me and treat me as a criminal.

UPDATE: Habbo.com has now sent me an email stating that I can no longer contact them about my account. The email is as follows:
