Sodexo at Truman State has limited vegan and vegetarian options, and often not always the same availability in different dining halls. Veggie club and other vegans, vegetarians, and environmentalists would like to ask that Sodexo provide a stable vegan option at meals. Often food has been mislabeled as vegan when it hasn't been, so we'd also like to request that they include proper information as to what goes into the food they serve.
We, the undersigned, ask that Sodexo at Truman State serve a vegan option regularly at each dining hall and that they label their food more precisely.
