Wilkes University's food services do not stay open late enough on the weekends. The on-campus dining hall and food services are either not open on the weekend or close early. Students are forced to spend their money off-campus instead of getting to on-campus for dinner. Henrys Food Court does stay open until 11 pm on Sunday, but this is the only food source that stays open for students to get dinner. Only having one destination to eat on Sunday and that closes early on Saturday is unacceptable for students that live in dorms.
Here is the list of food services hours for the weekend on Wilkes University's Campus.

Saturday: 10am - 6:30pm
Sunday: 10am-11pm
2. Rifkin:
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
3. P.O.D. Market
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
We, the undersigned, call on the Wilkes University Food Services, to lengthen the food services hours on the weekends and open all on-campus dining options for Saturdays and Sundays.
