The jacuzzi in NPW has not been working for more than 6 weeks. Repeated requests to Ballymore for information on how long the repair will take and when the spa will be fully operational again resulted in no answer.
The spa has been working on and off for years now, with residents being unable to use it, whilst still paying their rent or service charge in full. The building management said that not enough people have complained about the jacuzzi, therefore they are not under any pressure to fix it promptly.
This approach has become symptomatic of how Ballymore treats the residents in the building when it comes to repairs or the cleanliness in the gym.
This petition intends to demonstrate that enough residents are actually frustrated by this lack of service and should no longer be ignored by Ballymore.
We, the undersigned, call on Ballymore to fix or replace the jacuzzi and ensure that any further faults are dealt with in max 48 hours.
