The cuts are having a devastating effect on the people of Wales. Austerity politics has seen vital community services close all over the country and there have been warnings that the worst is yet to come. Our local authorities and health services have already been cut to the bone.
The time has come to say ‘no more’ and fight for financial justice for the people of Wales. It is unacceptable that Wales, which has created so much wealth for others, now has some of the poorest parts of Western Europe. In some parts of the south Wales valleys, 2 out of every 5 young people are unemployed. Many who have a job are on minimum wage or zero hours contracts. Something needs to be done before the economic outlook gets worse.

Mae’r toriadau yn cael effaith andwyol ar drigolion Cymru. Mae gwleidyddiaeth llymder wedi golygu colli gwasanaethau cymunedol ledled y wlad a rhybuddir fod y gwaethaf eto i ddod. Mae’n hawdurdodau lleol a’n gwasanaethau iechyd wedi cael eu cwtogi’n eithafol yn barod.
Mae’n bryd dweud ‘dim rhagor’ ac ymladd dros degwch ariannol i drigolion Cymru. Mae’n annerbyniol fod Cymru, sydd wedi creu cymaint o gyfoeth i eraill, bellach yn cynnwys rhai o ardaloedd tlotaf Gorllewin Ewrop. Mewn rhai mannau yng nghymoedd y de, mae 2 allan o bob 5 person ifanc yn ddi-waith. Mae nifer sydd â swydd yn derbyn yr isafswm cyflog neu ar gontract ‘dim oriau’. Rhaid gwneud rhywbeth cyn i’r rhagolygon economaidd waethygu.
English:
We, the undersigned, call upon the First Minister to fulfil his promise to stand up for Wales and ensure:
1. An end to the funding gap that short changes Wales by hundreds of millions of pounds each and every year. Wales should be treated equally to Scotland.
2. Tax-varying powers for Wales to boost jobs and our economy.
3. Compensation from Westminster for wealth taken out of Wales since the heavy industry boom.
4. Full powers over all our natural resources to build a sustainable economy with a Welsh sovereign wealth fund.
5. A plan to end Wales’ financial dependency.
Only with enhanced economic powers and responsibilities can Wales become a prosperous country.

Rydym ni, sydd wedi llofnodi isod, yn galw ar y Prif Weinidog i gyflawni ei addewid i sefyll lan dros Gymru a sicrhau:
1. Rhoi diwedd ar y bwlch cyllidol sy’n golygu bod Cymru’n colli cannoedd o filiynau o bunnoedd bob blwyddyn. Dylid trin Cymru yn gyfartal â’r Alban.
2. Pwerau amrywio trethi i Gymru i hybu swyddi a’r economi.
3. Iawndal gan San Steffan am y cyfoeth a ddygwyd allan o Gymru ers cyfnod llewyrchus y diwydiannau trymion.
4. Pwerau llawn tros ein holl adnoddau naturiol er mwyn gallu adeiladu economi gynaliadawy gyda chronfa gyfoeth sofran Gymreig.
5. Cynllun i roi terfyn ar ddibyniaeth ariannol Cymru.
Dim ond â rhagor o bwerau a chyfrifoldebau economaidd gall Cymru dyfu’n wlad lewyrchus.
