The City of Conroe has received an application to allow the partial replatting of "Lot 216, Carriage Hills subdivision Sec. 2 & 3" to create 42 single-family lots, 4 reserves and 2 rights-of-way for the purpose of creating the "The Meadows at Jacobs Reserve Section 6" Subdivision on said 12.971 acres of land.
We, the undersigned, call on the Conroe City Planning Commission to deny the approval of the proposed re-platting of Lot 216. Furthermore, we encourage the Commission to carefully re-consider the approval of any building on said 12.971 acres as it relates to drainage effects on existing residents of both Carriage Hills and Jacobs Reserve neighborhoods as well as other neighborhoods impacted by the potential flood ramification of same.
