Females have been restricted from numerous jobs and access to jobs based on their gender.
Women who have applied to higher positions in a company have been rejected even if they have more experience and credentials than their male counterparts who have applied for the same position.
Today women are discriminated against not only in job applications, but also in the amount of pay they receive compared to their male colleagues.
We, the undersigned, call on Lincoln Southeast High School to eliminate the discrimination against women in their job applications and against their lower salary compared to their male counterparts.
Women for years have been prevented from working in various roles. They have been prevented from voting in politics and they are being prevented from receiving jobs that they are more than qualified for.
