Our city is laxed with property owners not taking care of their properties and land. As homeowners in Oil City, we should not have to go to the expense and extra work to keep neighboring properties up, that are destroying our homes and yards.
Also impose fines for the following: buildings or homes that are structurally unsafe and dangerous. Also any debris or garbage on these structures need to be removed or also fined.
We feel if there are stiff penalties and fines for this, it would make a big difference in our city.
We, the undersigned, call on the Code Enforcement agent and District Justice Dinberg to impose fines for abandoned homes, unkept lawns and trees.
