When the SIA introduced licensing for security officers, they said conditions would improve, this has not happened.
We the undersigned want the Government to improve working conditions for all security officers throughout the country.
Giving us all 28 days holidays per year no matter what shift pattern they work, and when holiday is taken we want to be paid the same hours as we would whilst on shift, and last of all hourly rate of pay for all security officers should be at least £8.50 per hour.
