Supply Emergency Medical Technicians at PG County High School Sporting Events

Currently our public school sporting events do not have assigned EMT personnel. I would like to let the county know that our community hold our children very close to our hearts and their safety is priority.
Many of injuries received in sporting events at our public schools are not attended to by thoroughly trained Emergency Medical Staff; but by the staff of the school who have received limited training. First response makes a HUGE difference in life or death in many instances.
Please help me in letting Prince George's County know it is not okay to gamble with the safety of our children.
It is our understanding that there is currently no plan in place to provide Emergency Medical Technicians at sporting events throughout Prince George's County. There are many neighboring counties who provide this service to their athletes at every event.
We as parents and taxpayers demand our children receive that same resource.
We want Prince George's County Public School System to place EMTs at every school that is hosting a PGCPS led sporting event.
We expect a certain level of excellence from our children and they expect a high level of diligence from us as parents, guardians, and Prince George's County.
