Dear Jared Leto,

You were the One who taught us, the Echelon, to follow our dreams, You made, and You are still making us people with more confidence, more determination; the message you give us every day is to fight hard to achieve our goals, our dreams. You present to us, everyday, a message of hope, making us go through a great mix of emotions, looking to the World in a totally different perspective inspired in your beautiful songs.

This is exactly why we are writing to You today, hoping that You will listen to us and that You will understand what we want with this message. We are writing to You, led by an inspiration that comes from our hearts, and we are addressing You with the respect we have for You as a person, and the admiration we have for You as an Artist.

Recently we have been experiencing drastic changes in the Meet & Greet Conditions, which have caused a lot of frustration in us, fans. Meet & Greet have always been seen as the perfect “tool” for Echelon to fulfill every dedicated fan´s dream: to communicate with the band in a more personal way, being able to talk with all 3 of you. As we feel that way about the utility of Meet & Greet, we all make sure that we have the money to attend those events, even making personal sacrifices throughout the year to make enough money to buy the so desired ticket.

We are all willing to pay to have such privilege of talking with You, taking photos with You, making huge efforts to get the money just to be with You, the band that we feel is unique in this World, the band that makes all those songs that inspire us all. Unfortunately, Meet & Greet events have been changing for the worse recently, in our perspective.

From ending the personal interaction with the fans, together with the end of the Q&A event, to the last of AIW changes in conditions , the end of the live posters´ autographs . All this has been gradually changing in the Meet&Greet Conditions, and these changes harm us in a very profound way, as we normally get informed of these changes after we pay with our tickets.

We understand that You may be extremely tired after a show, and You are not in the mood for those fans who get more “ emotional” in those events. Even so, we would like You, Jared, to understand that we, in order to get that tiny moment with You, that moment that we dream about for months or even years and that will be present in our memories for the rest of our lives, we need to work extremely hard and make personal sacrifices to get enough money for the Meet & Greet we want to attend. We would like to keep in our minds that moment of great joy and extreme happiness, not 10 seconds of total disappointment.

As fans, we are not aware of what´s needed to prepare an event such as the Meet & Greet, either are we aware of what it takes to manage a company like Adventures In Wonderland, or even to make those awesome shows perform. Indeed we don´t know nothing about all of those matters, but we think our thoughts must be shared with You, and that You should take them in consideration.

This is why we ask You, Jared, can´t we have that great moment of our lives with everything we hoped for when we purchased our tickets?

We know You, Jared, You have the power to move mountains. Therefore we, as your loyal and faithful fans, ask You to move this particular “ mountain”, so we can see a green pladow where we can jump and laugh in extreme happiness, not having to feel sad and demoralized, as our most beloved dream is turned into dust?

We ask You to please, please understand us, and please help us changing this course of events. Our objective in writing this text is not to attack You, or to express any kind of aggressiveness towards You or the band, we are not even judging or criticizing as some may be tempted to do. Our goal is just to ask You to make us understand why are the Meet & Greet being changing dramatically, why do these events seem to be shrinking in their Conditions when we all are making the possible and the impossible to join You after the shows. To be with You and have all those moments we have imagined for years in your minds is, indeed, making our dreams come true, and for us it means a lot, it means Everything.
