With all of the wasteful spending of hard working American's tax money I believe that it's time we started getting to the bottom of the problem.

Since we, the American public are forced to take mandatory or random drug testing to assure quality performance on our jobs I believe that it is only fair for our leaders to set the right example and prove that they are thinking clearly and not under the influence of some kind of drug that may keep them from making a rational and logical decision.

We, the undersigned American public, call upon the Speaker of the House to oversee that all elected officials undergo drug screening before and during the term of office in which they serve.
