I think that we teenagers 15+ are mature enough to have our own cars and drive them. In the USA the minimum age is 14 and it works, so why not?
If this petition goes through it will bring a lot of benefits to the country. E.G. :
We will have to pay insurance that means more money to the country.
Buy new cars, pay the VAT and make UK richer.
Pay for fuel and repairs, make businesses richer.
And many other benefits.
We, the undersigned, agree to change the law about driving age in the UK and make it 15+. Which means that everyone aged 15 and higher will be able to apply for a driving licence and be allowed to drive a Moped, Light Quad Bike, Car, Van, Truck or Tractor at the age of 15 after receiving his/hers valid driving licence.
