This petition has been created in an effort to stop the harassment, unlawful traffic stops, unlawful entry to private property/homes, stalking of residents by officers, and unlawful actions and demands that officers threaten residents.
We, the undersigned, call on the Borough of Avalon and the District Attorney of Allegheny County to disband the Avalon Police department in order to provide us with a professional, law abiding force with the interest to truly protect and serve the residents of Avalon.
