Thank to everyone who signed our petition and supported this campaign to have Trip's Trinkets declared a public nuisance. We are now waiting on the Wise County Circuit Court Judge to impanel a special grand jury that will further investigate the matter and make the final determination.

Trip's Trinkets in Coeburn, Virginia sells synthetic drugs - often packaged as incense, etc. These products are consumed by people to create the high one might get from cocaine, heroine, ecstasy, marijuana, etc.
There is an unusually high amount of traffic in the store on a daily basis purchasing these drugs.
Although they are currently legal in Virginia, these substances are both addictive and dangerous. There have been recent local overdoses on these products.
Nationwide, many overdoses and deaths have been attributed to synthetic drugs.
We, the undersigned, are concerned about the sale of synthetic drugs in our community and call on the Wise County Circuit Court to declare Trip's Trinkets in downtown Coeburn, Virginia a public nuisance.
