The Property at 3230 East 31st has been vacant forever. All other sides of the area are zoned light office. If zoning changed to light office the property can be brought back to life so as not to be a eye sore to the ranch acres.
As One of the members of Ranch Acres I find it contrary to fairness that all adjacent properties are zoned light office and yet because of one member of Ranch Acres has issues with this concept we're supposed to summarily fall in line and agree.
