There is no marked crosswalk between 22nd Ave and Mullen Rd. This is an area of high traffic and a highly dense population.
This combination makes it difficult to cross Ruddell Rd. The recent death of Ron Stanley makes it obvious that this area is not safe for pedestrians and that immediate action must be taken.
We, the undersigned, urge the Lacey Department of Transportation to install crosswalks on Ruddell Rd between 22nd Ave and Mullen Rd.
