Create a Starter Fund for the Restoration of the historic Bohol churches

The October 2013 earthquake in Bohol has reduced to rubbles its centuries-old churches.
These churches play a role in the faith, culture, tradition, and heritage of the Visayans in general, and the Boholanos in particular.
Request the Secretary of the Philippine Department of Budget and Management to declare as savings the Ps. 39M initial appropriations for the establishment of the National Museum branch in Basco, Batanes which has a population of 7,500.
These savings would then be realigned to form part of the starter fund for the restoration of the historic churches. Bohol has a population of 1.3M.
