Combat Twitter Harassment

This petition is directed towards Twitter, Inc. It's purpose is to ask for improvements to policies which combat, and address acts of hatred and harassment on Twitter.
Twitter must develop a method that either warns or bans users accordingly when they harass or instigate acts of harassment via their followers. The individual who prompted this petition is the man who runs @WinnerStaysOn he also goes by "DJLoganSama". The same man who commentated Capcom Cup with over 100,000 viewers.
Multiple twitter users were inquiring about whether or not certain features will be in the new season of Street Fighter 5 to which Mr. LoganSama replied with demands for them to kill themselves among other things. To which his decently large following joined in on the harassment.
This is just one example of the rampant harassment that occurs on twitter.
We, the undersigned, call on Twitter Inc. to make reforms to the way they handle harassment among their users.
