Chwarae teg i blant Wrecsam / Fair play for Wrexham siblings

CHANGE WREXHAM'S SCHOOL ADMISSIONS POLICY AND KEEP SIBLINGS TOGETHER
When applying for a school place in Wrexham, proximity takes priority over having a brother or sister already in a school. Many people are unaware that not all siblings are getting the same fair play. Many children are at a disadvantage of not being able to attend the same school as their siblings simply because they don't live close enough.
Having two or more children in different primary schools makes it impossible for parents to drop off and pick up their children when school starts and ends at the same time.
It disrupts family life and is psychologically detrimental to the child's wellbeing.
Please support this change to Wrexham Council's education admissions policy and we will submit the petition to the council's lead member on education, Councillor Phil Wynn.
