Our Goal is to demand for a change in Child Support Laws, Guidelines, and create a Child Support Tax Law that will be fair for most all cases.
Child Support Laws and Guidelines currently vary from state to state with each state having different branches of the Government establishing the child support guidelines.

We, the undersigned, call on the United States Government, Branches of Government pertaining to each state’s Child Support Guidelines, The President, and Congress to review and make changes to the Child Support Laws and Guidelines that are currently existing.
We, the undersigned, also call on the Untied States Government, Branches of Government pertaining to each states Guidelines, The President and Congress to establish a new Child Support Tax Reform Bill that will be as follows:
• Child support to be deducted from total gross income and taxed separately thus increasing the monthly income of non-custodial parents.
• Impose an Arrearage Tax that will decrease arrearages owed while not affecting the increase in the non-custodial parent’s income. An increase in income for custodial parents who are owed arrearages.
• A tax credit for non-custodial parents who pay their child support as ordered.
• A tax credit for custodial parents who do not receive child support payments, or only receive a portion of payments and/or are not on any assistance programs.
