The services that Hotwire communications are providing to the lease holders of Independence Place Properties at Ft. Bragg are sub-standard at their very best.
It varies from horrendous customer service to frequent interruption in television services as well as inconsistent internet speeds. Satellite and internet are part of our amenities, which we finance via our rent; hence, we need to have consistent and courteous service since we are paying for it.
The Quality of Service we deserve is something Hotwire communications seems to be unable to deliver.
As lease Holders of Independence Place at Ft. Bragg we are disappointed by the Satellite and internet service that Hotwire Communications have been providing to our property and here by demand their contract be terminated because, they seem unwilling or incapable of providing our property with an acceptable standard service. Why should we pay for a substandard level of service?
We further ask that Hotwire communication be replaced with Time Warner for all three: services, Internet, Cable and Phone.
