The evidence here is that the students affected by this rule are being imprisoned all day, are not allowed food at lunchtimes and this is seriously affecting their health.
I believe that the school's hair policy is absolutely ridiculous.
Students should be allowed to have a hair cut of their choice (within reason) without having the fear of being secluded at break and lunchtimes because the Headmaster doesn't approve.
Not only are these students secluded from any outside activities they are also not allowed to consume a hot meal or any food at lunchtime. This is bound to have a detrimental effect on students' health.
My plan here is to obtain as many signatures as possible so that these can be passed on to the policy maker and the chair of governors, and finally the Secretary of State for Education.
