Chandler Bay residents are tired of the lack of management and lack of maintenance around the entire complex. The buildings have not been washed in at least 3 years and you can definitely see it in the breezeways. Chandler Bay residents are tired of being treated rudely by the manager or maintenance personnel when asked to address a situation. Chandler Bay residents are tired of the lack of personal privacy by notices just being posted on the mailboxes for everyone to see. Chandler Bay residents are tired of the part time management not being there when they are supposed to. Chandler Bay residents are tired of the trash all around the grounds. We had a $35 raise in rent and now nothing is being done to reflect why that increase was needed.
The Chandler Bay residents want management and maintenance personnel to clean our complex and stop causing strife amongst the residents. The Chandler Bay residents want management and maintenance to take care of our complex like we pay monthly for them to do. The Chandler Bay residents want rules and regulations to be enforced for a safe and friendly neighborhood. The Chandler Bay residents want a new manager and maintenance personnel that will care about our neighbors and neighborhood.
