I believe that this amendment is encroaching upon unit owners' ability to use and enjoy their unit, exclusive use area, and their driveways.
It is my opinion that the Board is going too far with this new amendment and if they (or unit owners) have specific concerns about structures, tents, gazebos, and trailers, etc… they can be dealt with on an ‘as needed’ basis with the individual.
If the Board of Directors is not willing to cease going forward with this amendment we are requesting that this matter be held in abeyance until the 2014 Annual General Meeting where it would be mutually convenient for everyone to discuss.
