We are petitioning to make Costa Coffee aware that just because we are a small town doesn't mean we should be the minority.
We have a great community with close by villages and towns who all come to Tain for the shops and restaurants. Offshore workers come from all over England as well as Scotland.
To be told we were getting a Costa put in our town was excellent news and then to have it taken away simply because we are "too far north " isn't good enough.
We are not a forgotten village. We all enjoy a Costa coffee as much as everyone else and feel this is unacceptable with absolutely no valid reason why this has happened. We want what we were promised so we get to enjoy Costa coffee without having to drive 70 miles for one. Let's put Tain on the map instead of being forgotten about.
