Planning permission has been obtained for a mobile phone mast base station to be erected on top of 4 Bridge House, SE1 9QQ (The Mudlark Pub) without consultation of the people who live and work in the immediate vicinity.
Our local action group, Borough Market Borders Against Mast Pollution (BMPAMP) has raised their concerns with the mobile phone companies and the Freeholder of the building on which the base station is to be sited and via our local Councillor. At each turn they have either brushed us off, or, failed to respond.

We, the undersigned, call on Cornerstone, the joint venture between o2 and vodafone to acknowledge that the residents and businesses around the proposed site were not consulted, and that the planning permission obtained by their agent Jenny Bye of Waldon Telecom is invalid, and to formally withdraw their application.
We also ask that the Freeholder, Marcol, rescind it's contract with Cornerstone allowing the mast to be built on it's building.
