This summer several people have been affected by one group of druggies that have stole, lied and put fear in the hearts of hard working citizens of Borger Texas. The people have begged for an arrest and went to the police department and nothing has been done.
The police department keeps saying that they do not have enough to arrest them for but how can that be when house after house keeps getting robbed by the same people.
It is time for Borger, Texas to take back this town and get some relief for the people that have been affected and some peace of mind back into the homes of every Borger citizen.
We, the people of Borger Texas, request to the target of the Borger Police Department, Hutchinson County Sheriffs office, and the DA to issue a warrant and arrest Zane Mitchel/Dixon and Damian Carter.
Please we ask you to grant us general relief and give back our peace of mind so that our community can go forward with no more fear.
