Its been days affecting smooth running of Zuku internet and TV to many parts or areas in Nairobi.
From 8th April 2017 Friday many people have had issues woth tv signal and internet services .
Call and social media posts to Zuku have gone to deaf ears.
No statement or information given as to why services are down and when to expect services back.
Waste of time,money and energy.
We as consumers have rights and should not be taken for granted.
FOR POOR SERVICES LACK OF CONSUMER RESPECT
WE SHOUL BOYCOTT ZUKU SERVICES FOR A MONTH
DO NOT RENEW YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
LET THEM KNOW WITH OUT YOU THEY ARE NOTHING.
pass this message to friends family neighbours workmates bosses enemies everyone affected by this.
We demand better service and respect as paying clients for Zuku.
Give us services for what we pay for.
Do not take us for granted.
