To dismiss Kathy bowers & Fort management LTD as property managers of "the Crossings" at 100 & 108 Denholm Gate, Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Reason for petition: condo owners @ the crossings, demand the following:
1. Transparency to the financial spending of the Condo corporation. Our reserve funds are being depleted and both Kathy bowers, as the property manager, along with the board of directors, fail to justify their spending for the accrued costs.
2. Fair treatment towards condo owners and residents in general. As residents, many have experienced, discrimination, bullying and threats from Kathy.
3. Stop Kathy bowers from engaging and awarding her cronies, contracts for work to be done at the crossings, while the Condo corporation is being exorbitantly charged for such services.
4. Cleanliness and safety within this community to be improved. The cleaning contractors, despite "giving them a chance" as requested by Kathy, repeatedly fail to maintain the cleanliness of the two buildings with their false representation of the services they promise to provide.
Owners, we must stand together and support each other to fight for our rights to be treated with respect as condo owners and protect our interest and investments in his community.
We, the undersigned, call on the Board of Directors at The Crossings, Fort McMurray, Alberta, to demand more transparency and better property management for the general administration, financial and maintenance of our condominium buildings.
If the Board of Directors fail to resolve the issues, we will provide this petition to RECA for further investigation.
