DealExtreme or DX.com have been known to have outrageous shipping times, horrible customer support and extreme overselling of their products.

They've oversold products, canceled orders and advised refunds can take up to 21 days.
After speaking with Visa / Mastercard and the Ombudsman for Australian Fair Trading, this doesn't at all comply with Australian Trading Law which unfortunately they have to oblige as their business model is directed purely towards Australians using the AU Direct promotion.
