Tired of businesses selling personal details to others for the purpose of canvassing.
In recent weeks I have been receiving personally addressed letters from Banks offering credit cards. I am not customers of theses banks.
When I ask staff where they got my details from they become very cagey and never answer the question.
Businesses are allowed to SELL others their customer lists for the purpose of canvassing for new business. This is not only very annoying, but presents a security risk as well as a breach of privacy.
We the undersigned ask that this practice be banned in Australia to protect our security.
