Armchair Warriors against Puppy Scammers on Manx. Net

I want to stop scammers on Manx.net who are preying on vulnerable people like myself looking for a puppy - I lost my dog approx 11 months ago and have been considering getting another soon - I continue my search through various channels Manx net being one of them. I originally saw an add on this site and answered and exchanged emails I quickly realised it was a hoax and stopped all communication. I then placed an add looking for a puppy as i was becoming frustrated by the lack of any available and received a response from a person called Louis Franck again I quickly became suspicious especially as his grammar deteriorated with each message. The last message from this individual begged for money for his sick mother telling me he lived in Africa!!!!
I look on Manx net regularly as there are some genuine adds on it and I am wise enough now to realise if someone is authentic they will post with a local number or address and you can check up on this through word of mouth etc. I have seen so many of these dubious adds going under the pseudonyms of Louis Franck Franck Louis, Nina, Miranda , Megan , Erin the list goes on. Even had someone posing as a worried potential puppy buyer asking for advise which I was gullible to message back, So I posted warnings on Manx.net only to receive an email this morning informing me that they have taken down my warning! If Manx net did their job properly in the first place there would be no need for members of the public to place such warnings in the first place. So I would like as many people to sign this to stop this happening as someone will not be as alert as me and could well part with money to these low life scum!
