I am a patron of Van Buren County. I am having problems with the (VBPT) Van Buren Public Transportation, to receive a public service of transportation from the (VBPT) service.
As a patron rider I am familiar with their policy of first call first serve. OK, I am a patron who calls in one hour prior to my destination. I was told several times if i want a cab to call a cab "we are not a limousine service quoted by Tony Regional Manager". Cab services has the same policy first call, first serve. I am seeking a public service.
We the undersigned agree that the (VBPT) Van Buren Public Transit service needs to be rectified in order to serve the public and not favorable to individuals.
