Create the office of Chief Counsel of Trucking at the Department of Transportation

Due to the half way measures of the US Government and DOT for years and years, a creation of the office of Chief Counsel of Trucking to the Department of Transportation is needed.

Chief Counsel of Highways, Maritime, FAA and Railroads are not enough.

To adhere properly to a system of checks and balances and aid with the security of businesses and jobs which concerns US Trucking, a Chief Counsel of Trucking with many years of OTR experience is needed.

DENNIS WILLIAM GOBLE (myself) I believe a suitable candidate for the position. After 40 years CDL, with over 4 million miles and 34 years OTR, US ARMY VETERAN, COMMERCIAL PILOT and 17th generation US senior citizen and the writer, editor and sponsor of what was referred to as the 30/30 comprised of BILLS in LETTER form likened to what is now known to the US CONGRESS as the ELDER WAY now comprised of BORDERTOWN, WHERE APPLICABLE, ANGLED FUNDS IMMIGRATION and TRUCKING, WILDCARD, THE 50 YEAR PLAN, COMMERCIAL ZONED PARKING, PM MOTORS. FREE THING and THE US BORDERS, and many more letters in BILL form numbering 28 concerning over 500 issues which have been recently 06/01/2014 sent to THE US CONGRESS and candidate's for the President of the UNITED STATES. These BILLS in LETTER FORM concerning trucking recommend trucking to be a special interest group and an American legacy and would and do also recommend (myself) DENNIS WILLIAM GOBLE to be a suitable choice as a Chief Counsel of Trucking so to hold to and for the best interests of all US citizens and their families who operate and live under DOT regulation. But mostly for those Americans of third generation to hold security sensitive positions not only likened to hauling of military freight.

All of these LETTERS in BILL FORM do show and point to a clear way and manner in which the continuing development of lands and the work force that live and work under DOT regulations can improve life in the USA provide health care and at the same time increase the amount of money the Department of Transportation has to use and at the same time provide a safety net for those same people that live and work under the DOT regulations at no cost to the citizens of the US. A copperheads mind is a tremble thing to waste. This web site has gone unattended for some time now while heaven and earth have been being replaced to the original reset position after the depression which started shortly after the election of 2008.

The Speaker of the House has done much heavy lifting after being contacted and I hope the ELDER was and shall be of great assistance moving ahead forward as soon as possible to a normal economy that shall benefit all US citizens and their offspring's. Thanks to all who aided in voting the Republicans back into office this last election in as the Republican party has always been easier to work with in past for us men /women of the road.

I shall attempt to improve this web site asap or create a more usable new one. Sorry for the delay this web site was placed on hold while the correspondences to our law makers seemed of more importance. No threats or attempts to interfere with my rights of freedom of speech shall be tolerated and all attempts shall be reported to US Congress FBI HLS CIA and local law enforcement asap. Moving ahead forward I shall endeavor to do my part to increase pay for OTR's and at the same time develop the USA for a better life all free born US citizens including health care, retirement plans , government owned and operated truck stops that offer low cost fuel and other benefits to US we men and women of the road. No promises as of yet the forming of a national truckers union is contained in the ELDER WAY however I will not sign off on any such union that does not state for free born US citizen at the letter head of ever page of any union charter. Restoring US truckers rights will be of prime concern and come before or at the same time as of any union charter.
